Residential Homes for Older People

Residential Homes for Older People provide permanent places, general respite places, dementia specific respite places, intermediate care places and day care.

Accessing the service

Following a referral to the local social work team for older people, a professional assessment of the needs of the person for whom the service is requested will be undertaken by a social worker or care manager.
